In January we were pleased to welcome participants from all over the IH Academic community to learn and share together. During the 5-day conference we had a mix of external speakers and IH Speakers who very generously prepared and led thought provoking sessions to help & support IH teams worldwide. Topics included stress management, professional development, the future of digital learning and challenging students. IH World is really proud to be able to facilitate every year this flow of ideas throughout the network and beyond.

IH Training Day for Academic Managers and Trainers

In January IH World Organisation hosted the second Free Online Training Day for Academic Manager and Trainers as part of its IH Academic Managers and Trainers Conference. It was a privilege to be able to support Managers and Trainers from over 90 countries across our industry through three presentations delivered by management and training experts on leadership, imposter phenomenon and future proofing your language school.
